It has been our purpose since Sept 1999 to help kids to grow and develop a stronger inner self image, NOT to teach them kicks and punches but to introduce new concepts, habits and structure into their life that would have a dramatic positive impact that goes way beyond just punching and kicking.
We have had many kids walk through our doors over the years and it has always been our mission to help them to be their best. Every person who walks thru our door has different needs and is at another level of development and that is ok! We have always looked at our program. What is the most impactful thing we can help our students learn that will help them for ever? We understand that not everyone is going to be in our program forever so what can we do when they are with us that will help them when they are not with us?
That is easy and it’s not the punches and kicks. It is building their Self-Esteem and confidence and giving them the tools to overcome anything life can throw at them! Growing that Yes I Can attitude. To be confident to a level that helps guide them their whole life like a little voice in their head that whispers to them “you got this”.
By giving our students small incremental challenges that show them their potential. This learning experience is one of the ways we help install a positive feeling and how they feel about themselves. strengthening their self image to make them a stronger, more confident person! With consistent feedback and motivation, students know we care about them and give them the reinsurance that they can do it! Allows for massive results helping them for a lifetime.
