We have all had a child or herd of a child being bullied in school, and the The Negative Effects Of Bullying on kids. It seems to be getting worse every day. A study from says that 1 out of 5 kids are bullied. With schools having less and less staff to deal with this issue and others just seem to overlook the problem, how do parents help their child to go to school and ensure they are in a safe environment?

We all want our kids to be strong and safe so we cannot afford to let them go to school and to be bullied. There can be some long lasting negative effects on life anxiety and depression. It is important as a parent we are intune the effects t can have on our kids so we can be better prepared to help them heal from the damage that can happen to them.

How do parents spot the symptoms of a child being bullied? First, keeping an open line of communication with your child is crucial so we can meet these issues head on. Being able to do this will give your child the support and framework to build them into happy and strong adults.

There are so many different types of bullying and unfortunately we cannot stop bullying, this problem has been happening forever and we can’t control what others do. The only thing we can do is how we deal with it ourselves. From name some of the common types like calling and gossiping to physical altercations and cyber none of these are acceptable and should not be overlooked. Any of these can have long lasting negative effects on your child moving forward in life!

As a parent it is important to pay attention to how your child handles themselves when they are bullied. Giving your child the tools to be able to respond in a positive way will help stop any further damage that can pop up.
